Facing prominent pain points in traditional textile production, such as high energy consumption, low efficiency, and labor shortages, China's textile machinery enterprises have focused on industry needs to continuously tackle key problems. They have built a full-chain solution covering spinning, preparation, weaving, and nonwovens, forming product advantages centered on high speed, energy saving, and high reliability, providing solid support for downstream enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

In the spinning sector, intelligent rotor spinning equipment has achieved continuous breakthroughs in automatic piecing, rotor cleaning, and doffing technologies, with the operating rate of some models stabilizing above 99.6%. Relying on advanced spinning equipment, Jingyi Textile has achieved a capacity leap from 50,000 spindles to 450,000 spindles. The 32s-40s yarns it produces have achieved the excellent result of "zero inventory" by virtue of their stable quality. In the weaving sector, core products such as high-end air-jet looms and rapier looms are deeply integrated with digital technology, and some air-jet looms perform outstandingly in domestic market share.

Technological breakthroughs in the nonwoven sector are equally significant. In response to the industry changes brought by the upgrading of needle-punched geotextile product standards, the CNC integrated intelligent nonwoven needle-punching production line emerged. The five-axis clamping crosslapper is equipped with multiple servo motors for control, ensuring that the fiber web remains stable during high-speed operation. With the help of such equipment, Huabo New Material has doubled its production efficiency and halved its labor costs. In the field of differentiated fiber processing, the high-end texturing machine meets Xilaike Textile's strict requirements for products like cationic series and polyester-nylon composite yarns with its precise godet design and flexible process adjustment capabilities. Its mechanical speed of 1000 meters/minute and temperature control accuracy of ±1°C guarantee yarn evenness, extending the enterprise's orders to more than half a year later.
Independent innovation is the core secret for textile machinery enterprises to maintain their lead. Leading textile machinery enterprises represented by Zhejiang RIFA Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "RIFA Textile Machinery") adhere to the innovative concept of being "half a step ahead". They independently develop core software modules, reduce external dependence, and build a full-chain intellectual property management system. Through an efficient mechanism of headquarters R&D coordination and subsidiary collaboration, a technology R&D matrix covering the entire industry chain has been formed. From the gas-saving technology of air-jet looms to the balloon energy-saving technology of twisting machines, and from intelligent electronic control systems to industrial internet platforms, every technological breakthrough closely follows industry needs, injecting strong momentum into the quality improvement and upgrading of textile enterprises.
Excellent equipment requires the empowerment of a perfect service system to truly release its value. Domestic textile machinery enterprises have broken the traditional model where equipment sales mark the end of cooperation. They have built a full-life-cycle service system featuring precise pre-sales matching, efficient mid-sales implementation, and rapid after-sales response, forming a deeply collaborative symbiotic relationship with user enterprises and becoming a solid backing for their development.

In the pre-sales stage, textile machinery enterprises form professional teams to go deep into user enterprises for investigation and provide customized solutions. During the initial construction phase of Xinjiang Yasite Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yasite"), a team of textile machinery experts participated in the workshop design and planning, recommending equipment configurations and variety layouts based on the enterprise's positioning. When Changzhou Jiuzun Textile Co., Ltd. was transforming its production, the equipment enterprise quickly provided dozens of high-end rapier looms with excellent market performance in response to its wide-width denim production needs. It took only two months from contract signing to equipment commissioning, helping the enterprise quickly seize market opportunities.
During the equipment installation and commissioning stage, equipment enterprises also send professional teams for on-site services, covering personnel training for over 80% of application scenarios, helping weaving enterprises quickly master equipment operation skills. After Gaomi Jianhua Textile Co., Ltd. introduced the automatic drawing-in machine, the textile machinery technical team provided full guidance and debugging to ensure the quick commissioning of the equipment. Relying on its drawing-in speed 6-8 times faster than manual labor and zero-fault operation performance, the equipment has completely solved the industry pain point of manual drawing-in.

The rapid response and network layout of after-sales services escort the production of user enterprises. RIFA Textile Machinery has established multiple after-sales service centers globally and also deployed a "dual warehouse + service center" model in Xinjiang to achieve full regional service coverage. Yasite once faced the problem of delayed docking between the intelligent electric control box and third-party manufacturers; relevant heads of the equipment enterprise coordinated and solved it immediately, significantly shortening the project cycle. When Xilaike Textile encountered abnormal equipment parameters, it obtained a solution within half an hour through remote diagnosis, avoiding order delays.
Deeper synergy is reflected in technological co-creation and resource sharing. Textile machinery enterprises not only provide equipment but also share cotton blending plans and production processes with user enterprises, and even share customer resources, forming a closed-loop ecosystem of "equipment-yarn-market". Equipment optimization suggestions put forward by enterprises such as Jingyi Textile and Gaomi Defu Textile Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. during the production process have been incorporated into the product iteration and upgrading plans of the equipment enterprises, achieving a virtuous cycle of "customer demand—technological improvement—product upgrade".
Intelligent upgrading is the core path to enhancing industrial competitiveness. China's textile machinery enterprises deeply integrate AI technology into textile equipment. The developed industrial internet platform achieves centralized control of multiple looms by one "intelligent brain", monitoring the operating efficiency and process parameters of the machine fleet in real time, helping enterprises save third-party operation and maintenance as well as cloud service costs. Workshop No. 4 planned and constructed by Jingyi Textile introduced a full-process intelligent solution to achieve unmanned contact throughout the process from doffing to packing. The AI system automatically adjusts process parameters, and the defect rate is expected to drop by more than 30%, driving the enterprise's leap from traditional textile to an AI factory.

In recent years, China's textile machinery enterprises have always taken energy saving and consumption reduction as important indicators for product R&D. Their products such as air-jet looms and texturing machines perform outstandingly in energy consumption control. The unit power consumption of some air-jet looms is 0.2 kWh/hour - 0.3 kWh/hour lower than the industry average, and dozens of machines can save considerable electricity bills throughout the year. The air-jet looms used by Defu Textile save 20% more energy than earlier equipment, and the gas consumption for producing the same products has dropped from 1 cubic meter per minute to 0.8 cubic meters. The application of these energy-saving technologies not only helps enterprises reduce production costs but also aligns with the national "dual carbon" strategic requirements, promoting the green transformation of the textile industry.
International layout opens up broad space for industrial development. RIFA Textile Machinery's products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide. Its needle-punching production lines, air-jet looms, and other products meet advanced international standards, laying the equipment foundation for domestic weaving enterprises to explore overseas markets. Yasite Textile is only 80 kilometers away from the Khorgos port. Relying on high-quality fabrics produced by advanced equipment, it plans to expand into the Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and Russian markets through cross-border e-commerce models. With its technological accumulation in the field of nonwoven equipment, Huabo New Material is expected to follow overseas infrastructure construction projects to achieve product exports.
Facing the future, China's textile machinery enterprises will continue to take AI technology as the core and achieve breakthroughs in areas such as high-intensity manual labor replacement, production environment optimization, product quality control, and equipment sensor integration, promoting the deep integration of "technology + scenarios". Next, China's textile machinery enterprises will work hand in hand with user enterprises to jointly promote the steady progress of China's textile industry on the path of high-quality development.
