RFRD21 Multi Roller drafting

The machine is applicable to, drawing the transversely laminated fiber meshpaved bythe cross lapper, pulling part of the fibers into longitudinal or close to the longitudinaldirection, making the fibers of the fiber net disordered, improving the uniformity of thefiber net. After drawing of the fiber mesh by the drafter, it not only obtains isotropy, but also draws the fiber mesh long.Its main features are as follows:

• The number of sets of stretching rollers is configured depending ondrafting requirements, and each setof drafting rollers are driven by an independent motor for easy adjustment

• A separate motor-driven upper roller lifting device is equipped to lift the upper roller as a whole if necessary

• Control system, accurate calculation and reasonable distribution, to ensure uniform drafting of fibermesh and free adjustment of drafting ratio
