Known for its intelligence, high precision, and high stability, the equipment runs stably on the production lines of many large domestic textile enterprises and helps textile factories in more than 30 countries and regions achieve efficient production. Relying on advanced intelligent manufacturing technology and a full-life-cycle service system, RIFA Textile Machinery equipment significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality of user enterprises with the remarkable advantages of low energy consumption, high output, and easy maintenance, becoming a core partner trusted by many industry benchmark enterprises.
This newspaper has launched the "Intelligent Manufacturing 'New Vision'" special report series, going deep into user enterprises to experience on-site how RIFA Textile Machinery equipment helps enterprises seize opportunities in fierce market competition through digital and flexible production solutions.
Started in 1999, Gaomi Jianhua Textile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianhua Textile") has gradually grown from a facility with dozens of weaving machines into an industry practitioner deeply engaged in the fields of linen, chemical fiber, and pure cotton. In the process of seeking transformation within the traditional textile industry, Jianhua Textile keenly captured the trend of technological innovation and reached a deep cooperation with Zhejiang RIFA Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "RIFA Textile Machinery"). By leveraging intelligent equipment upgrades to solve development bottlenecks, Jianhua Textile has steadily pushed its products into international markets such as North America and Western Europe, becoming a vivid example of a traditional textile enterprise achieving high-quality development through hard work and innovation.

"Without good equipment, you can't make good products. This is our most profound realization from striving in the market," said Wang Zhiqiang, a partner of Jianhua Textile, frankly. In 2017, as policies promoting the conversion of old kinetic energy into new kinetic energy advanced, the traditional textile industry faced challenges such as rising labor costs and low production efficiency. The old weaving machines used by Jianhua Textile at that time consumed excessive time, labor, and electricity, making it difficult to meet the market's demands for product quality and delivery efficiency.

To break out of this development dilemma, the enterprise team started researching top-tier domestic textile equipment brands. After comparing multiple manufacturers, they ultimately chose RIFA Textile Machinery's air-jet looms.
"As a major brand in the industry, RIFA Textile Machinery not only guarantees quality and stable machine speeds but also significantly reduces labor requirements, fully aligning with our transformation needs," Wang Zhiqiang introduced. To date, the enterprise has purchased a total of 497 RIFA air-jet looms, achieving a doubled increase in production efficiency compared to before.

In December 2022, Jianhua Textile once again increased its investment in intelligent equipment by introducing the RIFA RFAD30 automatic drawing-in machine, completely solving the industry pain point of manual drawing-in. Every step of the components used in this equipment, from material selection to processing technology and surface treatment, has been verified by long-term durability tests to determine the optimal parameter standards. Combined with RIFA's strict product quality management system, this strongly ensures the stability and reliability of the equipment—achieving zero failures in its first year of operation, completely exceeding the enterprise's expectations.
At the same time, the adaptability of the RFAD30 automatic drawing-in machine is extremely broad. Both the heald wire and drop wire modules can be flexibly adjusted. It uses a physical rapier hook for yarn introduction and comes standard with a lease splitting mechanism and a double warp detection device. It can meet the drawing-in requirements for various yarns such as cotton, wool, silk, chemical fiber, and blends. Even when facing complex yarn-dyed drawing-in processes, it can efficiently and accurately complete the work utilizing the lease splitting function, perfectly matching the enterprise's multi-variety production needs. It is worth mentioning that the operation control system and drawing-in process system of this equipment are completely developed independently by RIFA Textile Machinery. The enterprise has fully mastered the core technology, coupled with the continuous upgrade guarantee provided by the extensive R&D team of the RIFA Textile Research Institute, completely eliminating customers' worries.

In terms of efficiency improvement, the performance of this equipment is equally outstanding: the comprehensive speed is 6 to 8 times that of manual drawing-in. The drawing-in operation that originally required 6 workers can now be efficiently completed by only 2 people. "With manual drawing-in, one person can only draw 8,000 ends in 8 hours, and the error rate is high; after the automatic drawing-in machine was put into use, two people can complete the same workload in 7 to 8 hours, and changing varieties is also more timely," Wang Zhiqiang added. From a traditional employment model of over 100 people to an efficient configuration after intelligent upgrading, the equipment innovation has not only reduced labor costs for Jianhua Textile but also brought a qualitative leap in product quality. "The pre-sales and after-sales service of RIFA Textile Machinery equipment is also very considerate, leaving us with no worries," Wang Zhiqiang admitted. It is exactly this successful intelligent transformation choice that has allowed the enterprise to gain a firm foothold in industry competition.
At a time when homogeneous competition in the textile industry is becoming increasingly fierce, Jianhua Textile has long established a market strategy of avoiding conventional varieties and specializing in differentiated products. "We do what others cannot do, and this is our market competitiveness," Wang Zhiqiang's words revealed determination.

Currently, Jianhua Textile's products cover several major categories such as pure cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and polyester-cotton blends, including multiple series like viscose grey fabrics and pure cotton grey fabrics. Raw materials are partly self-spun and partly supplemented through procurement to meet diversified production needs. Relying on a rich variety and stable quality, the enterprise's products are widely favored at the East China Fair and the Canton Fair. Domestically, they rely on order-based sales, while overseas, they focus on core markets in Europe and the United States, forming a stable market pattern.

In recent years, the enterprise's orders have shown the characteristics of "many small orders and strong customization," and the order schedule is full. "Although the export business faces certain pressures this year, our customized products still maintain strong demand," Wang Zhiqiang stated. This market performance is attributed to the flexible production capacity brought about by equipment upgrades—the precise coordination of RIFA air-jet looms and automatic drawing-in machines allows the enterprise to quickly respond to various customized orders, building competitive barriers in segmented tracks.
Good market reputation has also brought a "word-of-mouth" effect. After visiting Jianhua Textile's intelligent production line, many peers have chosen to introduce RIFA equipment. "Some peers directly ordered the RIFA automatic drawing-in machine after seeing our usage results. This is both a recognition of the equipment and an indirect affirmation of our product quality," Wang Zhiqiang said.
In Wang Zhiqiang's view, although the textile industry is a traditional industry, only by closely following technological trends can one stand firm in the market waves.

"Our development relies on continuous innovation, and choosing intelligent equipment is to build a solid foundation for product quality," Wang Zhiqiang said. Under the current pressure of the overall industry environment, the enterprise did not blindly expand but focused on "ensuring survival, improving quality, and reducing costs." Empowered by intelligent equipment, they achieved the goals of reducing staff, increasing efficiency, improving quality, and lowering consumption. Regarding future cooperation, he revealed: "We plan to order another RIFA automatic drawing-in machine, and we will continue to deepen cooperation on air-jet looms based on variety needs in the future."
When talking about the optimization space for the equipment, Wang Zhiqiang also put forward pragmatic suggestions: "I hope RIFA will continue to upgrade its intelligence, such as further reducing manual intervention in steps like pulling out drop wires, to make the equipment more efficient." He also expressed his expectation to carry out cooperative R&D with RIFA Textile Machinery to jointly promote equipment iteration and upgrades for mutual benefit and win-win results.
From manual operation to intelligent production, from the domestic market to going global, every step of Jianhua Textile's transformation has hit the rhythm of industry development. "Although the textile industry faces challenges, as long as we work hard and insist on innovation, we will certainly be able to carve out our own path."
Wang Zhiqiang stated that in the future, the enterprise will continue to uphold the concept of being quality-oriented and intelligence-empowered, deepen synergy with high-quality partners, and steadily move forward on the path of differentiated development, contributing grassroots strength to the high-quality development of China's textile industry.
