On the afternoon of February 9, 2026, the company's 2025 Annual Year-end Summary and Commendation Conference was grandly held in the lecture hall on the fifth floor of the R&D building. This conference aimed to comprehensively review the business results of 2025, jointly draw the blueprint for future development, and commend advanced individuals and collectives.

At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Chen Xiaoguang, Chief Financial Officer, gave a summary report on the completion of major business indicators based on the company's 2025 budget plan and actual business performance. Ms. Chen Pu, Manager of the Human Resources Department, gave a brief report on employee compensation and benefits. Subsequently, Mr. Jiang Guoyong, General Manager of the Staple Fiber Division of Zhejiang RIFA Textile Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Xin, General Manager of the Filament Division, and Mr. Yin Yuanjun, General Manager of the Knitting Division, delivered their 2025 work reports. The reports mainly focused on reviewing the work of 2025, summarizing business effectiveness, confronting problems and shortcomings, and clarifying the development goals for 2026 in combination with industry trends and market realities.
In his annual work report, Mr. Yao Junhui, General Manager of Xinchang RIFA Textile Machinery, stated that 2025 was a year under industry pressure, where challenges and opportunities coexisted. In this year, the company had both breakthroughs to be proud of and shortcomings that require reflection. He also clarified four core tasks for 2026: continuously exerting efforts in the field of main products, adhering to innovation-driven development, accelerating the cultivation of emerging products, and advancing lean management, thus anchoring a clear path for the company's high-quality development.
In his concluding speech, Chairman Mr. He Xuping expressed his sincere gratitude to all colleagues of RIFA Textile Machinery for their hard work and dedication. He pointed out that 2025 was a year for the Chinese textile machinery industry to maintain integrity and innovation amidst changes, and to demonstrate resilience amidst challenges. The year 2026 is a crucial year for the accelerated technological iteration and reshaping of the market landscape in the textile machinery industry. All employees must maintain a sense of crisis and an innovative spirit, steadfastly anchor the goal of high-quality development, and firmly grasp four core strategic directions: adhere to a market-first approach, achieving scale leaps with the "courage to expand territory"; focus on innovation as the core, reshaping industrial competitiveness with the "power to break barriers"; treat quality as the soul, building a solid foundation for development with the "precision of craftsmanship"; and synergize and cohere, building a new ecology of high-quality development with the "wisdom of unity."
Finally, Mr. Li Yongjiang, Administrative Director, read out the 2025 advanced commendation document. The leaders on the rostrum presented awards to the advanced individuals and collectives and took group photos. The advanced individuals are like a single spark starting a prairie fire, and the advanced collectives are like a flock of geese flying together. They interpreted the realm of "success does not have to be mine, but I must contribute to success" with solid work, composing an extraordinary chapter of performance in ordinary positions.
