Heat box
The machine is equipped with two heat boxex: the first heat box(Deformation heat box) and the second heat box (Setting heat box) both adopting biphenyl vapor-phase heating method with a closed structure. The temperature control screen displays with a precision of ±1℃, and it is equipped with an over-temperature alarm and automatic yarn cutting function, which further ensure dyeing uniformitu and effectively guarantees yarn quality.
Electric control and drive system
PLC control system, process adjustment is realized via Human-Machine interaction(HMI). The touch screen and operation simplify precess setting. A network interface is pre-configured, enabling multi-machine network management as per user requirements; mobie APP software management (customizable) is also available upon request.
Adopts high quality electrical components to ensure more stable and relibale operation of the equipment during use.
Drive system
The new structure design and control mode, it uses single shaft, single-motor direct drive, removing synchronous belt and tension pulley to reduce the transmission steps, improve the transmission efficiency , and lower the failures. Side A and B run independently with deperate process settings, allowing two different yarn types to be process at the same time for higher equipment utilization and multi-purpose functionality
False twister
It adopts a stacked discⅧ false twist device, with a selectable single belt or double belt transmission mode, equipped with ceramic inlet disc and knife ddged outet disc, and the configuration range is selectable from 1-4-1 to1-7-1.
Roller
W1/W2/W3 roller feature an apron-type structure with aluminum alloy apron frames,delivering uniform pressure.
Take-up forming
High speed winding shaping system with traverse correction ensure excellent package formation and easy high-speed unwiding.Equippped with constant weight/length control, the maximum package capacity reaches 6kg.
Yarn detector and yarn cutter
Monitors yarn status and cuts the incoming feed yarn immediately upon detecting a break, minimizing raw yarn waste.
Walkway plate
It adopts fixed fish-eye walkway plates, which are anti-slip and easy to clean.
